Renewed Spirit and Hope
This Kalakala Alliance Foundation (KAF); Kalakala petition is seeking a humanitarian coalition building effort that gains petition supporters and attracts future signatures, that become perpetual, “Friends of the Kalakala”. The “Friends of the Kalakala” who sign this petition will accomplish a renewed Spirit and Hope of Glory that helps to change the future pubic “Kalakala” funding policies during the 2010 and; future Legislative sessions.
